At CozyGiftz, all products are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with design choices once an order has been placed.
We take pride in our quality and want you to have a great experience. If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to make it right.
We offer replacements in the following cases:
- The item arrives defective or damaged
- The wrong item was received
- There is an error in personalization caused by us
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To request a replacement, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo evidence. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
CozyGiftz is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling, dates, or customization details provided at checkout.
